Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy associated with the booking and may be subject to a reasonable processing period. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, Aditya Homestay reserves the right to retain a portion or the full amount of the booking as outlined in the rate conditions communicated at the time of reservation.

Guests are requested to present a valid government-issued photo identification along with their booking confirmation at the time of check-in at Aditya Homestay. Standard check-in and check-out times apply, and early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and at the discretion of the management. To help us prepare your room to our cleanliness and comfort standards, we kindly ask guests to vacate by the designated check-out time; any extension beyond this period may be subject to an additional charge.

Payment for accommodation and any additional services availed during the stay is due in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking, and Aditya Homestay accepts payment through the modes communicated during the reservation process. Guests are responsible for settling all outstanding charges, including incidental expenses, prior to or at the time of check-out. Aditya Homestay reserves the right to request a security deposit at check-in, which will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the room at the time of departure.

Aditya Homestay shall not be held liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay, and guests are advised to make use of any available secure storage and to exercise reasonable care over their valuables. The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and the version in effect at the time of a guest's stay shall apply. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Tirupati and the State of Andhra Pradesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirupati.
